Shire Horses
What do you think about shire horses?
i know its hard to say about a breed in general but i was mostly wondering about their general temperment and any experiences you have had with them thanks!

Pretty much all draft breeds have a cool temperament. I have a lot of experience with drafts, so that’s what led me to where I am today! (i own a percheron.) They aren’t too feisty, but most know when it’s work time and they will step it up.
I suggest draft breeds for beginners. Or for families. Most are wonderful when raised and treated right. It also greatly depends on age. Younger ones will not be as calm. They will have more energy than any aged horse, like any other breed…common knowledge.
